Makeup Revolution are just winning the game at the moment. In terms of nicely presented, great value, high performance products, they seem to be firing on all cylinders. They’d be my main recommendation to anyone looking to experiment with their look or build up their collection.
I’ve found that several of their palettes have become firm favourites of mine, displacing pricier offerings with ease. And this little beauty has joined them!
It’s the Ultra 32 Shade Eyeshadow Palette in ‘Flawless’ and it really lives up to the name. Just £8 pounds will buy you these beautiful, highly pigmented shadows in a range of gorgeous colours, which is a brilliant deal by anyone’s standards.
The palette itself is a big, slimline glossy black affair with a large clear mirror in the lid – ideal for taking with you when you go away as it covers every eyeshadow need. The packaging is nice- fairly sturdy and quite appealing visually because they’ve kept it simple.
The shades featured are a fantastic mix of colours – from neutrals to a few dramatic showstoppers- but all very wearable and in a variety of finishes.
There are some great matte shades for transitioning and some gorgeous shimmers and glitters to bring the drama. The colours are all extremely well chosen and rich – there are no shades that you know you’ll never touch, quite a feature when you consider there’s 32 of them!
The eyeshadows are creamy in consistency, even the mattes which are notoriously where a lot of palettes, even high end ones, fall down. There is some fall out with some of the more shimmery shades, that’s fair to say - so keep a cotton bud handy if you’re using some of the darker shades in particular.
Let’s get to the swatches.
That’s a really impressive range of shades right there – vibrant, gorgeous and wearable.
The quality is right up there with Mac, Illamasqua and Urban Decay, which really makes you wonder how Makeup Revolution can produce comparable products for such a great price.
Staying power is also good, especially with a primer and will see you through a working day easily – about 8 hours of wear.
There’s nothing not to love about this kick ass collection of beautiful shades to adorn your eyes. Almost endless combinations of eye looks can be yours for such a small sum.
There are also some really stand out shades that bring something a bit different – like ‘Burgundy Nights’, which is not necessarily something I’d buy on its own, but that I’ve discovered looks amazing on brown eyes.
In short, you really can’t go wrong with this and I dare anyone to find anything better in the makeup world for the price. Just phenomenal.

I couldn't agree more Jenny, it makes me so happy that I can buy new makeup all the time from them because the cost is so reasonable, but still get that quality. I wish it had been around when I was younger! xx
DeleteOh wow that palette is incredible... So many pretty colors. I haven't heard about this brand yet (blame Belgium I guess) but will see now whether it's available somewhere here.
