March Lust List: Daniel Sandler, Chanel, Revlon & More

Here are the five items that I'm dying to try:

Daniel Sandler Super Mineral Makeup Foundation

I've actually wanted to try this for quite a while, and somehow never have! But after running out of Lumi Magique the other day, I'm wanting a new liquid foundation in my base wardrobe, and I've remembered this. I love Daniel Sandler products. They're freely available online, but hard to track down in real life (the nearest stockist to me is over an hour's drive away), and although I'd be happy to order almost any other product on spec, with foundation you need to know it matches your skintone before you buy! But I might just have to take the plunge. The Daniel Sandler website does offer a sample service at a small cost, which I have used before, but all of the shades I ordered were wrong, so it was a complete waste.
However, I still really want to try this make-up. It's meant to be lightweight but still with a good coverage, full of skin-loving anti-oxidants and minerals, and obviously, SPF15 which is always good. I love the sleek packaging as well. This product seems to have been discontinued, but you can still find it selling for half price on the Daniel Sandler website, so I'm planning to give it a whirl

Revlon Baby Stick Blush

This lightweight, gel cream blush and lip colour is a new launch from Revlon. They're part of a new line from the make-up artist and brand ambassador Gucci Westman. Although I have read a few early reviews on blogs that are fairly disappointed with these as despite their bright outward appearance, they are apparently extremely sheer with low colour pay off. That aside, I still want to try these for some reason. Reviews seem to favour the bright pink shade (Pink Passion), so I think I will be trying these.

La Roche-Posay Cleansing Gel and Physiological Toner

Lately, I've been wanting to spice up my usual cleansing routine and try some new products, and French pharmacy brand La Roche-Posay (now available in Boots) has caught my eye. It's supposed to be particualrly good for sensitive skin - which I don't have- but also has lines for other skin types, including the anti-aging line which I'm most interested in. The cleanser is free of soap, colourants, alcohol and parabens for a cleanse that respects the PH balance of your skin, while also being thorough.

Nails Inc Feather polish

Nails Inc is my favourite polish line, and they always seem to be the innovators in new nail treats, which is brilliant. A month or so ago, they launched a line of feather polishes, which uses a short bar matte particle to give a pretty, feather like effect on the nail. Although I'd say the effect, to me, is more 'mohair jumper', I still want to try these polishes.I'm after the shade 'Brighton', which an on-trend mix of pastel greens and yellows. Super cute packaging as well.

Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder

I love me a bit of Chanel make-up. The packaging just screams quality and glamour to me, and the formulations are always gorgeous. I may not be able to afford their clothes ( a girl can dream) but obviously the make-up is a way of buying into the brand. Their new launch is 'Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder', designed to "give your skin the fresh, pure radiance of days spent outdoors". Sounds good to me! It boasts a lightweight, antioxidant formula that's enriched with cotton flower and white rose plant cells. Can't wait to try this one. The classic Chanel compact is dressed up in beige to match.
